What can you win?
On Spigo, you get the opportunity to win our jackpots! A jackpot is a real money amount that steadily grows until it is won by a lucky and skilled
player. On Spigo, there are two types of jackpots - game jackpots and the Super Jackpot.
Game jackpots are connected to each game and are won through a jackpot
spin in the game. You typically get a jackpot spin when you have distinguished yourself in the game in question. You can read about how to get a jackpot spin under the different games. When a game jackpot has reached a certain value, it stops counting and only waits to be won! However, a game jackpot can be won at any time and not just when it reaches its maximum value.
There is only one Super Jackpot at Spigo. Its shared by all the Spigo sites and the homepages made in cooperation with Spigo. This way it will grow much faster and become much bigger than if it was split up in several separated jackpots. The Super Jackpot counts upwards all the time and has no maximum value, which means that it can become much larger than game jackpots. To win the Super Jackpot, you have to buy tickets in the Spigo shop. The tickets are paid with Spigos that you win in the games.
The more tickets you have, the better your chance is of winning the Super Jackpot. All the members on Spigo, and members of other homepages made in cooperation with Spigo, that have bought tickets, have a chance to win the Super Jackpot. The winner of the Super Jackpot can be found at anytime. The time of the draw is not fixed, but is determined by a random number generator and by the number of players on Spigo.
Furthermore you can use three of your tickets every day in the Super Jackpot game. With every ticket you have a small chance of winning the Super Jackpot.
Good luck.

What is a Gold Profile?
A website like Spigo is expensive to develop and maintain, and a lot of effort has been put into making it a good experience to use the site and play our games.
The money for the continued development and maintenance mainly comes from sales of Gold Profiles to the users of Spigo. At a starting point, it is free to create a profile and use Spigo, and if you are one of the users that uses the site for free, that is perfectly fine.
However, we have created a lot of additional features for the ones who are paying for profiles on Spigo and thereby helping to ensure the future development and operation of the site. We call these users Gold Profiles. Gold Profiles get a lot of additional benefits that we have spent a lot of time in developing and put a lot of effort into. We think it is fair that the ones who help pay for the operation get a bit more out of Spigo.

Why can't I login to my Spigo account?
Please make sure that you have filled in both the Username and Password boxes correctly. If you don't remember your password, you can have it sent to you by email by clicking on the link Forgotten password?.
If nothing happens after clicking on the login button, even though username and password are typed in correctly, it could be caused by your security settings on your computer being too restrictive.
Using Internet Explorer you can check this by choosing "Tools > Internet options > Security". If the security level for the internet is set to High you will not be able to login on Spigo. If you adjust the security level to Medium, while you are on Spigo, you can login. You could also click the button Custom Level... and find the setting Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting. This setting has to be enabled.
When you have changed the security level and closed the window with the internet options, you have to press the F5 key on your keyboard to reload the Spigo website.
Please notice that Spigo disclaims any responsibility for lowering the security level in Internet Explorer, and we recommend that you raise the security level to the previous setting before leaving the site.

Why am I being penalized when I'm not responsible for leaving the game?
Unfortunately, Spigo is unable to see the difference between you losing your internet connection or you leaving a game intentionally. Therefore, we have made a penalty function which will be just to everyone that leaves a game for one reason or another. The explanation is that there will still be an irritation moment for users remaining in a game, in which another user has left. A user that leaves halfway through a rated game will be penalized so that he/she will not be able to participate in or create a rated game for ten minutes. We have decided that this is the only way to make it equal for all players on Spigo.
How is rating allocated in multiplayer games?
In rating games, all human players contribute to the rating pool. A robot player that replaces a human player in the middle of a game will also contribute to the pool. This robot player has a special icon in its user box. The icon looks like a robot head with a rating symbol on the right of it. If one or more human players win the game, the rating pool will be split evenly. Nobody will receive or lose rating if a robot wins. However, in Banko or other automated games where you can't create a game manually, the first place will receive 70% of the rating pool, while the second place receives 20% and the third place 10%
When do you get new scratch cards for the scratch games?
