I have lived in California now 15 yrs moved here to take care of my mother from southern Idaho.  So my family is now here she passed in 2002, but my girls love it here so we stayed. I call this place Gods Country it is so beautiful, but cold in the winter lots of snow last year.  Perfect temps in the summers, Its really is so gorgeous lots of pine trees and loving creatures wake up to deer out my bedroom window a bunch of foxes in the back of my place I just love it here.

My notes:

I have added a lot of different things and trying more my favorite is Chocolate cookies with mint frosting.
I have also rolled the cookies chocolate in Powdered Sugar after baking my kids love them.
Your the scientist you try what you like and see if you can do me better....

ok this is a new thing I did not long ago I took the dough and made little balls and froze them on a cookie sheet and then when I have vanilla Ice Cream when I get it home and its a little soft I add them to it and omg is that good.

Bake for 6-8 minutes depending on the size you get about 3 dozen at a 2 inch cookie.
Have fun with them. These are kind of chewy not thick like cake
